During maintenance, the provisioning engine and Monitoring as a Service remains disabled for up to 60 minutes, so you are unable to perform any changes to your virtual resources hosted there either via DCD or API.
All other services are expected continuing to operate normally. Availability and accessibility of your virtual data center resources will remain unaffected.
