We would like to inform you that the migration of our Acronis Platform is still ongoing.

During this transition, the systems will be temporarily limited. Certain functions within the user interface of the Backup Service will not be available during this time. Scheduled backups and the virus scanner are not affected by this interruption.


Please note: if you have explicitly configured your firewall to restrict backup agent access, you will need to update your rules to reflect our Backup Service’s new management IP address. For more information, please consult our documentation.
