Acronis was able to fix the issue, Backup Console is back.
We will monitor this for a while.

Acronis confirmed an issue on their side, we are in close contact, their engineers are working on it.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a problem with our Managed Backup service.

While existing backup plans are not affected, it is currently not possible to open the backup console.

We will inform you as soon as the functionality has been restored.
