Identified - We have investigated the cause of the Billing API's authentication problems when using reseller account.

A fix will be provided tomorrow morning during the previously announced Provisioning maintenance window (i.e., 07:00 to 09:00 UTC, 06-Mar-2024).

No data has been affected, and access to the Billing API for non-reseller accounts continues to work as expected.
